Warning, IRAs do not normally need a QDRO to divide. Give your decree to the financial provider where the IRA is being held, and they should divide it for you. On very RARE occasions, an IRA may be inside of a qualified account, and the plan administrator specifically requests a QDRO be drafted and sent to them. If you proceed and request a QDRO, and it turns out a QDRO was not needed, there will be no refunds issued.
